Appointment Policy

We schedule appointments in an effort to allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures.  Emergency cases receive top priority.   We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time as we appreciate your time is valuable.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available - this means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours.  We ask that you remain available by phone so that our veterinarians can contact you with any questions or discharge instructions.

We ask that all pets be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the hospital.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash.
